Brittany Foreman was very nice and down to earth. Before she does anything she explains what she will be doing.she takes her time and answer's all my questions.i felt very comfortable there. Even the nurse and people at the desk were very nice and polite
Very unprofessional. They don’t care ! I had called about 4 times left voice messages for a call back to set a very important appointment up they never got back to me ! They gave me the wrong type of medicine and made my condition worse . I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years now and never been so disappointed
I would give 0 star if possible. I am a physician myself, I had requested an appointment specifically with Dr Thomas. I showed up for the appointment and was told that I had an appointment with the PA. I asked the receptionist, if I could see Dr Thomas, since I had made it very clear that I would see MD and not PA/NP. The doc was not available in the office. Question is who was supervising the PA? Why did they waste my valuable time instead of informing me on the phone when they confirmed the appointment. I am a physician and I am ashamed at what we all have done to our health care system. I am not sure what Dr Thomas's practise is like. I went there, after reading healthgrade reviews. May be she is an excellent physician, but the office staff can be more polite and acknowledge the mistake instead of saying "I did not schedule your appointment". Guess what? Some one from your office did. Bad experience, waste of time, if you want to be seen by the real doctor, and not a PA/NP, take your business elsewhere.
