Great office. Always helpful. They have made a difference in my life. Call ahead if there is bad weather to see if they are open.
Dr. Schenkel and his staff were excellent! This was my first visit to an allergist and it was an excellent experience from booking the appointment, to Dr. Schenkel’s thorough questions and genuine desire to help, to the skin tests, to checkout. A+
This office has no customer service at all. The nurses are not helpful. I had my allergy testing completed and then had to pay a $40 co-pay 2 weels later only for the doctor to tell me what I was allergic too. The serum was going to cost $28,000 yearly and no one was able to help me contact my ins companies to see what was covered. They didn't even provide me with CPT codes so that my ins could give me an estimate. Had I known all this info before hand I would have went elsewhere. Now I have to suffer another year of not getting my allergy injections due to my ins not paying for second allergy testing at another office. Working for a physician office, the staff is supposed to go above and beyond for patients. At this office you feel more like a bother.
Great place, they know how to make people feel better!!! Dr Schenkel changed my life with my allergy treatment!!!
