But I must recommend their rewards program if you frequent this chain. The Dine Rewards is one of the better rewards programs I've ever seen.
It's an Outback, if you're expecting St. Elmo's you're in the wrong spot. That said the restaurant is well kept, there's plenty of parking and the staff is pleasant. Call ahead on weekends and Friday nights.
Krystal C was our server and Jamie the manager. Wonderful service, and the food wasn’t bad, either! My husband had the sirloin strip and it was HUGE—he couldn’t finish it! We also split the strawberry sangria - came in it’s own shaker jar...delicious. Steaks were all cooked to order.
The food was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My wife had a steak, and she was quite happy. She asked the server if the steaks tend to be overdone and underdone. After the server replied underdone, my wife ordered it medium. It was done a little beyond medium rare, and my wife was thrilled. I had the steak quesadillas as a meal, and they were quite good.
Consistently good food and the service is mostly good. My most recent visit however was odd and unsatisfactory. First off, I was sat at a table with a server whose shift was ending in an hour- I learned this during my meal as my food came out almost on top of each other. There was a booth near me that sat some regulars- and the server (not my own) that brought out my steak dropped the food down at my table and immediately turned to sit with them and ignored my attempt to ask for anything further. My own server then gave me the check without asking if I wanted dessert- then she sat at a booth adjacent to me and started cleaning it. It was another server's table. When she addressed this to my waitress, my waitress asked her to clean my table in exchange because she was about to go home, making sure I would hear her. I tipped the customary 15% because I get it but that really sucked. I didn't get to enjoy my meal because I was rushed through it due to someone else's poor planning and I really do think they should know better.
Service was wonderful. Food really good, but I ordered the Outback Burger and I wanted cheese and bacon on it and they forgot to put it on. I was charged and our waiter brought me out some bacon on the house. I will definitely go back because the food is delicious.
